My Maxidiag won't update. Incorrect password and username, although its correct. Any help?

     Hi. Mine took a few attempts to log in, it was my email and password, after 5th attempt signed in and not a problem since, processed all the updates etc. If you get stuck give the technical team a call i cannot fault their support, first rate. Please let us know how you get on. Thanks. Mat

     Intenta descargar la version PC suite de la pagina de Authel, una ves instalada ingresa desde ahi. La app que viene en el cd del equipo no funciona, yo tuve el mismo problema al principio.

     If the program in the CD does not work, pls just download PC Suit from our website directly. And if the PC Suit won't accept the ID and password, please report to support@auteltech.com together with the S/N. We can help you find out the correct ID and password.
